Cancellation Policy

The CEO Group, LLC  reserve the right to charge a $25 rescheduling and cancellation fee if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. To reschedule your appointment, there must be availability on the calendar. All cancellations and reschedule requests made within 24 hours of appointment time will not incur a fee.
